I have been working in the food industry for almost 20 years. My most recent employed work as Head of Technical for a business operating as a luxury organic retailer, food manufacturer, wholesaler, ecommerce and most recently pub group. Variety is something I most thrive upon!

As an IFST member of the Register of Professional Food Auditors & Mentors, I can provide technical support for companies to deliver strategic support, mentoring & training, project management, auditing and interim technical management across the manufacturing and retail sectors.

I have worked with different accreditation/ retailer standards during my career: BRCGS, SALSA, Soil Association, Tesco PIU.
